I have studied and practiced multiple modalities of the body, such as sore muscle relief, pain relief, and massage, which has led me to hone in on my passion for Therapeutic Massage. During my tenure, I have earned a Certification in Myofascial release, trigger pointing, and positional release techniques. Utilizing these techniques will help me get you back to your everyday life. I believe when used correctly, massage can eliminate most muscle dysfunctions and/or soft tissue injuries. I strive to be an alternative to surgery. Come join me on your road to recovery.

I earned my certification from the Dayton School of Medical Massage in 2019 and have been working in the field ever since. I specialize in Swedish, myofascial, hot stones, cupping, medical, and deep tissue. The pressure I use is light to firm. My approach is gentle but effective and very relaxing. I treat everything from headaches to “knotted” muscles to all over general stress relief. I have an understanding of how our thoughts and emotions cause stress, blockages, and weaknesses in the body and the direct connection between mind and body.
